GROUP CLASSES

Group Classes are a great way to grow your Pilates practice within the support of community. Classes are held Monday- Saturday at a wide range of class times to accommodate most schedules. To maximize focused support, our small groups are limited to 7 clients. We offer classes for the beginner to advanced student and all levels feel welcome. Monthly Membership Plans offer  a further price incentive.

All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours to class time results in a loss of the class credit. Classes with less than 2  signups will be canceled for that day. Current pricing listed reflects the cash price (cash/check/zelle/venmo) which carries an included 3-4% discount.

CLASS LEVELS & OFFERINGS

GROW (Level 1/Fundamentals)

Ideal for clients new to Pilates as well as those looking to visit the fundamental principles of the Method. Grow introduces foundational principles of Pilates including breath, control, and full body awareness.

RENEW (Level 1.5)

 Building on the fundamentals, Renew  increases focus on control and  coordination within beginner level exercises. Introduction to exercises that enhance rotation, lateral flexion, and extension are included.

ALIGN (Level 2)

Appropriate for clients with some Pilates experience, Align focuses on beginner to intermediate level repertoire to build strength, balance, and coordination.

CORE (Level 3)

Appropriate for clients with a consistent and solid Pilates practice, this class  integrates intermediate repertoire with a focus on  challenging strength, mobility,  and balance.  Focus is increased on  principles of  precision and flow.

CORE+ (Level 3.5)

Core+  combines Classic Pilates repertoire with Contemporary flows. Core+ targets strength,  flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment and may add the use of weights or additional resistance to boost strength building. Workouts are varied with the additional use of various apparatus and integrated props.

EMPOWER (Level 4)

Recommended for advanced clients,  this class fuses  classic Pilates exercises with contemporary variations for the ultimate integration of  the Pilates principles of breath, control, coordination, precision, and flow with a tempo and repertoire designed to push and challenge.

JUMPBOARD REFORMER+ (Level 2.5)

Recommended for clients with some Pilates experience, Jumpboard Reformer+ raises your heart rate with cardio bursts  on the jump board while working the whole body. Designed to improve coordination, mobility, strength and endurance. 

FLOW & ROW (Level 2)

Flow & Row fuses Pilates repertoire with cardio bursts on Water Rowers by combining 20-25 minutes of cardio with 25-30 minutes of Pilates Apparatus work.   *SNEAKERS REQUIRED.
