Booty Barre Express/Reformer Springboard This high intensity format fuses 25-30 minutes of Booty Barre with 20-30 minutes on the Reformer where we utilize the Springboard for a cardio blastoff (literally!) on the lower AND upper body

PILATES MAT These 50 minute group sessions focus on building a well rounded combination of strength, flexibility, coordination, efficient alignment, and balance. Connecting body and mind, clients learn how to work from their "core". Targeting all major muscle groups in a focused and safe progression, clients finish feeling stronger, rejuvenated, and "longer" from head to toe! *Mat class times under construction for winter .
