GROW This Open Level/ Level 1 class is perfect for those new to Pilates or for those looking to revisit the fundamental principles of the Method. This class introduces the vast Pilates repertoire for increased balance, core awareness, and mobility. Build strength, coordination, and flexibility with the integration of Mat work into an Apparatus Flow. Props add variety and create opportunity for both advanced modifications and supportive options for those with specific contraindications. Be prepared to leave feeling lighter, longer, and more graceful!
RENEW This Open Level/Level 1 Class is for all levels of experience Take time to renew, re-connect, and refresh with a class dedicated to revitalizing and elongating the entire body. Utilize the Reformer, Tower, and/or selected Props to bring vitality and flexibility to major muscle groups with an emphasis on rotation and extension while giving renewed attention to smaller muscle groups (like those in the neck, fingers, & toes!).
ALIGN Designed for those with extensive Pilates experience (Level 1.5/2) who are ready to tackle a challenge with the addition of deepened focus on the principles of precision and flow. This class will push for strength, balance, and coordination gains with an increased inclusion of classical repertoire.
CORE Recommended for Clients with some Pilates Experience, this is our most popular format (Level 1/1.5). Combining contemporary and classical repertoire this class targets strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. Workouts are varied with the additional use of various apparatus, integrated props, and mat work. Focus is on full body awareness and integration so that you leave each class feeling empowered, refreshed, and renewed.
EMPOWER Recommended for clients who have already taken Core Flow, this Level 1.5 class is perfect for anyone looking for a strength and conditioning challenge. This class brings the intensity with 50 minutes of focused toning for the entire body. By fusing classic Pilates exercises with contemporary methods this class will challenge your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and deepening your mind-body connection.
