GROW This Open Level/ Level 1 class is perfect for those new to Pilates or for those looking to revisit the fundamental principles of the Method. This 50 minute class introduces the vast Pilates repertoire of the Reformer/Tower/Chair for increased balance, core awareness, and mobility. Build strength, coordination, and flexibility with the integration of Mat work into an Apparatus Flow. Props add variety and create opportunity for both advanced modifications and supportive options for those with specific contraindications. Be prepared to leave feeling lighter, longer, and more graceful!
RENEW This Open Level/Level 1 Class is for all levels of experience Take time to renew, re-connect, and refresh with a class dedicated to revitalizing and elongating the entire body. Utilize the Reformer, Tower, and/or selected Props to bring vitality and flexibility to major muscle groups with an emphasis on rotation and extension while giving renewed attention to smaller muscle groups (like those in the neck, fingers, & toes!).
ALIGN Designed for those with extensive Pilates experience (Level 1.5/2) who are ready to tackle a challenge with the addition of deepened focus on the principles of precision and flow. This class will push for strength, balance, and coordination gains with an increased inclusion of classical repertoire.
CORE Recommended for Clients with some Pilates Experience, this is our most popular format (Level 1/1.5). This 50 minute class will challenge with a series of exercises on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, &/or Chair. Combining contemporary and classical repertoire this class targets strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. Workouts are constantly varied with the additional use of various apparatus, integrated props, and mat work. Focus is on full body awareness and integration so that you leave each class feeling empowered, refreshed, and renewed.
EMPOWER Recommended for clients who have already taken Core Flow, this Level 1.5 class is perfect for anyone looking for a strength and conditioning challenge. This class brings the intensity with 50 minutes of focused toning for the entire body. By fusing classic Pilates exercises with contemporary methods this class will challenge your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and deepening your mind-body connection. Leave feeling more connected, more balanced, and fully ready to take on your day! ******************************
BARE BARRE BURN This class is designed for clients with some Pilates experience and who are already comfortable in Core Flow. (Level 1..5). Here clients will define their legs, shape their seat, and chisel abs and arms with 50 minutes of body-sculpting. We combine the lengthening focus of Pilates with some of our favorite sculpting moves from classic ballet barre work but WITHOUT the barre. This 50 minute class will primarily work on the Reformer but may also include work on the Tower, Chair, and/or Jumpboard. Be prepared to work with props such as ankle weights, stability balls, free weights and mat work as you circuit through chiseling exercises that will challenge and shape you from head to toe! Proper alignment and form are emphasized while targeting each muscle group. Come feel the burn while building balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. Your body will thank you! FLOW & ROW Recommended for Clients with some Pilates Experience, this is a Level 1/1.5 class. With 20-25 minutes of dedicated cardio fused with 25-30 minutes of Pilates Apparatus work this class focuses on obtaining a deep burn for all your major muscle groups utilizing the Reformer/Tower/Chair and Props. This class also puts the focus on increasing stretch and lengthening muscles while reducing adhesions and compression in muscles and joints. *socks and sneakers are required
CARDIO PILATES FUSION Recommended for Clients with some Pilates Experience, this is a Level 1/1.5 class. your heart rate and bring your fitness level to the next level with high intensity interval training (HIIT). By fusing Pilates repertoire on classic apparatus (think Reformer, Tower, Chair) with contemporary equipment such as the Water Rower, Jumpboard, Orbit, and aerobic conditioning methods this cardio based class will both inspire and challenge you! Get ready to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.*socks and sneakers required.
JUMPBOARD + Designed to raise your heart rate and challenge your coordination, this Level 1/1.5 class utilizes primarily the Jumpboard for lower body AND upper body conditioning. Other props and apparatus will be incorporated as well to encourage deeper activation and awareness of the whole body as we strengthen, lengthen, and of course, JUMP!
BALANCE This class brings the seasoned practitioner back to the basics and then pushes them beyond their limits (Level 2). Designed for those ready to coordinate equal focus upon all of the guiding Pilates principles including Control, Centering,Coordination, Breath, Precision, & Flow this class challenges and aims to inspire participants to more deeply embody the Method with a fusion of repertoire from pre-pilates to the most advanced repertoire along with inclusions of contemporary work. ******************************
Open Level/ Level 1- (Grow, Renew) No prerequisites required. Recommended for those new to Pilates with a focus on Fundamental exercises and principles
Level 1/1.5- (Core, Flow & Row, Cardio Pilates Fusion,) Recommended for Beg-Int levels with a focus on basic principles while beginning to include more intermediate exercises
Level 1.5 -(Empower) Recommended for Intermediate Levels with a focus on including more challenging repertoire
Level 1.5/2-(Align) Recommended for Intermediate and Advanced Levels looking for a consistent challenge.
Level 2 -(Limitless) Recommended for the mature and advanced client who is ready to take their classes, mind and body, to the next level!
