OUR SIGNATURE G.R.A.C.E. FORMATS:
GROW (Level 1/Fundamentals) This class is perfect for those new to Pilates as well as those looking to revisit the fundamental principles of the Method. This class introduces the principles of Pilates including breath, control, coordination, precision, and flow. Begin to learn the Pilates repertoire for increased balance, core awareness, strength, flexibility, and mobility. Be prepared to leave feeling lighter, longer, and more graceful! *socks required.
RENEW (Level 1.5) Challenge your growing Pilates practice while revitalizing the entire body. Utilize the Reformer, Tower, and/or selected props to bring flexibility and strength to the major muscle groups. Build on the fundamental repertoire of pilates with additional focus on coordination and control. Introduction to repertoire that enhances rotation, lateral flexion, and extension will be included.*socks required.
ALIGN (Level 2) Designed for those with some Pilates experience who are ready to tackle increased challenge with a deepened focus on the principles of precision and flow. This class will focus on building strength, balance, and coordination gains with an increased inclusion of intermediate level classical repertoire.
CORE (Level 3) Recommended for Clients with intermediate level Pilates Experience, this class combines contemporary and classical repertoire while targeting strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. Focus is on full body awareness and integration so that you leave each class feeling strong and connected.
CORE+ (Level 3.5) Core+ combines Classic Pilates repertoire with Contemporary flows. Core+ targets strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment and adds the use of weights or additional resistance to boost strength building. Workouts are varied with the additional use of various apparatus, integrated props, and mat work. You will leave class feeling strong and connected to your Core muscles. *socks required.
EMPOWER (Level 4) Recommended for clients who have already taken Core, this Level 4 class is perfect for anyone looking for a strength and conditioning challenge. This class brings the intensity with 50 minutes of focused toning for the entire body. By fusing classic Pilates exercises with contemporary methods this class will challenge your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and deepening your mind-body connection. Leave feeling more connected, more balanced, and fully ready to take on your day!
JUMPBOARD REFORMER+ (Level 2.5) Raise your heart rate and add in some cardio with this 50 minute class that incorporates the jumpboard for a whole body workout that improves coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance. Give yourself a little experience before signing up for this class as it is not recommended for those who are brand new to Pilates.
FLOW & ROW (Level 2) This cardio based class fuses Pilates and Cardio by combining 20-25 minutes of cardio with 25-30 minutes of Pilates Apparatus work. Focus on obtaining a deep burn for all your major muscle groups while utilizing the Reformer/Tower/Chair and props. This class also turns the heat up on increasing stretch and lengthening muscles while reducing adhesions and compression in muscles and joints. *SNEAKERS REQUIRED.
