*GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE* Enjoy the benefits of personal Pilates training in a small group setting. Limited to a maximum of 7 clients, these 50 minute sessions target strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. Workouts in all classes are constantly varied with the additional use of various apparatus, integrated props, and mat work. Boredom is not possible as no two workouts are ever exactly the same! Class Level Guide: Level 1 No prerequisites required. Recommended for those new to Pilates with a focus on Fundamental exercises and principles Level 1/1.5 Recommended for Beginner levels with a strong focus on basic principles while beginning to include more intermediate exercises Level 1.5 Recommended for Intermediate Levels with a focus on including more challenging repertoire Level 1.5/2 Recommended for Intermediate and Advanced Levels looking for a consistent challenge. Level 2 Recommended for the mature and advanced client who is ready to take their classes, mind and body, to the next level!
GROUP REFORMER/TOWER/CHAIR Enjoy the benefits of personal Pilates training in a small group setting with 50 minute sessions that lead clients through a challenging series of exercises on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, &/or Chair. Classes combine contemporary and classical repertoire while targeting strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. Workouts in all classes are constantly varied with the additional use of various apparatus, integrated props, and mat work. CARDIO PILATES FLOW & ROW Combines 20-25 minutes of cardio with 25-30 minutes of Pilates Apparatus work focusing on obtaining a deep burn for all your major muscle groups utilizing the Reformer/Tower/Chair and Props. This class also puts the focus on increasing stretch and lengthening muscles while reducing adhesions and compression in muscles and joints. *Classes are limited to 5 clients. Please bring socks and sneakers for class.
CORE FLOW WITH MAT & PROPS This 50 minute class fuses the vast repertoire of the Reformer and Tower along with a challenging visit to the Mat. The integration of Props such as the foam roller, bands, weights, and stability balls add variety and create opportunity for both advanced modifications and supportive options for those with specific contraindications. *Classes are limited to 7 clients. Please bring socks for class. Mat will be provided.
STRETCH & RESTORE Take time to renew, re-connect, and refresh with a class dedicated entirely to stretching and elongating the entire body. Carefully chosen exercises will utilize the Reformer, Tower, and selected Props to bring vitality and flexibility to all the major muscle groups while giving renewed attention to the smaller muscle groups (like those in the neck, fingers, & toes!).
