Sessions are 50 minutes long during which clients work on varied apparatus including, but not limited to, the Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Ladder Barrel, and Chair. *GROUP TRAINING* Enjoy the benefits of personal Pilates training in a small group setting. 50 minute group sessions are limited to 7 clients. Clients are led through a challenging series of exercises on Pilates equipment including the Pilates Reformer, the Tower, and the Combo Chair. Classes may use one piece of equipment or all three! Classes target strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment issues. Workouts are constantly varied with the additional use of integrated props and mat work. Boredom is not possible as no two workouts are ever exactly the same! All classes are scheduled online. Class offerings include multiple Group Reformer/Tower/Chair Levels (Level 1, 1/1.5, 1.5, 1.5/2, 2), as well as Balance & Grace Core Flow, Athletic Reformer, Reformer Bare Barre Burn, Stretch & Restore, HIIT Pilates, Jumpboard+, Cardio Pilates Flow & Row. GROUP REFORMER/TOWER/CHAIR Enjoy the benefits of personal Pilates training in a small group setting with 50 minute sessions that lead clients through a challenging series of exercises on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, &/or Chair. Classes combine contemporary and classical repertoire while targeting strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment. Workouts in all classes are constantly varied with the additional use of various apparatus, integrated props, and mat work. Focus is on full body awareness and integration so that you leave each class feeling empowered, refreshed, and renewed. ATHLETIC REFORMER Strengthen and tone the entire body in 50 minutes in this high intensity, athletic reformer class. By fusing classic Pilates exercises with contemporary training methods this open level class format will challenge your core and sculpt your muscles while improving posture, flexibility and deepening your mind-body connection. Leave feeling more connected, more balanced, and fully ready to take on your day! *Class limited to 7 clients. Please bring socks for class.
BALANCE & GRACE CORE FLOW This 50 minute class, named after our flagship studio, fuses the vast Pilates repertoire of the Reformer/Tower/Chair along with a visit to the Mat for increased balance, core awareness, and mobility. Build strength, coordination, and flexibility with the integration of Mat work into an Apparatus Flow. Props such as the foam roller, bands, weights, and stability balls add variety and create opportunity for both advanced modifications and supportive options for those with specific contraindications. Be prepared to leave feeling lighter, longer, and more graceful! *Classes are limited to 7 clients. Please bring socks for class. Mat will be provided.
CARDIO PILATES FLOW & ROW Get a major cardio blast with this high energy fusion of Water Rowing and Pilates equipment based training. With minimal joint impact and maximum calorie burn, these classes combine 20-30 min of cardio with 20-30 minutes of Pilates Apparatus work. Obtain a deep burn for all your major muscle groups while utilizing the Reformer/Tower/Chair/Props. Focus on increasing flexibility and lengthened muscles while reducing adhesions and compression in muscles and joints. High energy music encourages the pace while the comradarie of working as a crew keeps the heart rate pumping and the legs driving! *Class limited to 6 clients. HIIT PILATES Raise your heart rate and bring your fitness level to the next level with high intensity interval training (HIIT). By combining Pilates repertoire on classic apparatus (think Reformer, Tower, Chair) with contemporary equipment such as the Water Rower, Jumpboard, and Orbit this cardio based class will both inspire and challenge you! Get ready to build strength, endurance, and flexibility! *Class limited to 6 clients. Please bring socks and sneakers for class.
JUMPBOARD + Raise your heart rate and challenge your coordination in this 50 minute class that utilizes the Jumpboard for lower body AND upper body conditioning. Other props and apparatus will be incorporated as well to encourage deeper activation and awareness of the whole body as we strengthen, lengthen, and of course, JUMP! *socks required.
REFORMER BARE BARRE BURN Define your legs, shape your seat, and chisel your abs and arms with this body-sculpting class. We combine the lengthening focus of Pilates with some of our favorite sculpting moves from classic ballet barre work but WITHOUT the barre. This 50 minute class will primarily work on the Reformer but may also include work on the Tower, Chair, and/or Jumpboard. Be prepared to work with props such as ankle weights, stability balls, free weights and mat work as you circuit through chiseling exercises that will challenge and shape you from head to toe! Proper alignment and form are emphasized while targeting each muscle group. Come feel the burn while building balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. STRETCH & RESTORE Take time to renew, re-connect, and refresh with a class dedicated entirely to stretching and elongating the entire body. Carefully chosen exercises will utilize the Reformer, Tower, and selected Props to bring vitality and flexibility to all the major muscle groups while giving renewed attention to the smaller muscle groups (like those in the neck, fingers, & toes!).
