*GROUP REFORMER/TOWER/CHAIR CLASSES* Enjoy the benefits of personal Pilates training in a small group setting. 50 minute group sessions are limited to 7 clients. Clients are led through a challenging series of exercises on Pilates equipment including the Pilates Reformer, the Tower, and the Combo Chair. Classes may use one piece of equipment or all three! Classes target strength, toning, flexibility, balance, coordination, and alignment issues. Workouts are constantly varied with the additional use of integrated props and mat work. Boredom is not possible as no two workouts are ever exactly the same! All classes are scheduled online. Class offerings include multiple Group Reformer/Tower/Chair Levels (Level 1, 1/1.5, 1.5, 1.5/2, 2), Stretch & Restore, Cardio Pilates Flow & Row, Core Tower/Mat/Props. *STRETCH & RESTORE * Take time to renew, re-connect, and refresh with a class dedicated entirely to stretching and elongating the entire body. Carefully chosen exercises will utilize the Reformer, Tower, and selected Props to bringvitality and flexibility to all the major muscle groups while giving renewed attention to the smaller muscle groups (like those in the neck, fingers, & toes!). *CARDIO PILATES FLOW & ROW * Get a major cardio blast with this high energy fusion of Water Rowing and Pilates equipment based training. With minimal joint impact and maximum calorie burn, these classes combine 20-30 min of cardio with 20-30 minutes of Pilates Apparatus work. Obtain a deep burn for all your major muscle groups while utilizing the Reformer/Tower/Chair/Props. Focus on increasing flexibility and lengthened muscles while reducing adhesions and compression in muscles and joints. High energy music encourages the pace while the comradarie of working as a crew keeps the heart rate pumping and the legs driving!
